Can I exchange a product purchased from a SKECHERS retail store?
Yes. Original price items may be exchanged within 7 days from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
Original Price Items
You may exchange your item if:
- The product is in new, unworn, and resellable condition.
- All original packaging, accessories, and merchandise tags are intact.
- You present the original purchase receipt.
- The exchange is made at the same SKECHERS store concept where the item was purchased (e.g. Outlet Store purchases can only be exchanged at another Outlet Store).
Exchange Terms & Conditions
- Cash refunds are not permitted.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the replacement item is of a higher value, you will need to pay the price difference.
- If the replacement item is of a lower value, no refund or store credit will be provided.
- Products that have been worn, washed, damaged, or altered are not eligible for exchange.
Promotional & Discounted Items
Items purchased at a promotional or discounted price are not eligible for exchange.
Please ensure you have selected the correct size, colour, and style before completing your purchase.
