Retail Store Purchase - Exchange Policy

ORIGINAL PRICE ITEM - Customers can exchange their products only at purchased Skechers Stores or any similar type of store concept as long as the Skechers Product is in a new and/or re-sellable condition with all the packaging and tags intact within 7 Days of Purchase with Original Receipt. You may refer to below Terms & Condition :


Exchange Terms & Condition : 


1. No cash refunds allowed.

2. All returned items must be accompanied by the original receipt and the original merchandise label tags and packaging.

3. Product must not be washed, used, or altered.

4. If the item that you wish to exchange is out of stock, you can choose to exchange any other item, subject to stocks availability;

5. If the item you wish to exchange exceeds the value of the item returned, you shall pay for the excess;

6. In other cases, if the item you wish to exchange is a lower price than the returned item, NO cash refund policy shall apply.

7. Exchange can only be done from the same place of purchased or any similar store type ( Example - Purchased from an Outlet, can only be exchange with an Outlet store.


PROMOTIONAL PRICE / DISCOUNTED ITEM - Customers need to carefully try and finalized the purchase before they proceed to pay the item as Exchange are not allowed for Promotional Price & Discounted Item.
