Please be informed that for any watch repair/servicing/battery concern, user are required to hand over the watch to any FOSSIL retail store as they will proceed to do the servicing from their HQ.
With this being said, FOSSIL store will take the watch and send it to their HQ which located at PJ. Once complete servicing, the unit will be shipped back to the retail store and user will be contacted for collection activity.
Approximate time frame required for this services is up to 2 month. This was due to the service request will be based on store queue basis.
