User are required to fill up below Return & Refund form via the link. Once we have received the complete supporting justification details from user end, we will proceed with validation / investigation and SKECHERS will reach out to user to guide for the next course of action.
LAZADA & SHOPEE Purchase :
For return/refund , user must not click on "Order Received" button on Shopee / Lazada platform. User have to fill up the refund/return form from Lazada/Shopee platform for investigation to start and both respective platform will assist user accordingly regards on the next process.
