Global Selection Products Return Policy
Products under the Global Selection collection are specially sourced and fulfilled from overseas. Due to the nature of cross-border fulfilment, returns, exchanges, or refunds due to change of mind, size issue, colour preference, unsuitable fit, or customer ordering error are strictly not accepted.
Refund requests for Global Selection products will only be considered under the following conditions:
1 - The item received is damaged or defective upon arrival; or
2- The wrong item was shipped.
3- Customers must contact our Customer Service team within 3 days upon receiving the product and provide clear supporting evidence, including order number, product photos, parcel photos, and any relevant unboxing or damage proof.
All refund requests will be reviewed and approved at the discretion of SKECHERS Online. If the request is approved, SKECHERS Online may offer a refund, or other suitable resolution depending on the case.
For Global Selection products, SKECHERS Online reserves the right to reject any return, exchange, or refund request that does not meet the above conditions.
User are required to fill up the Return & Refund form via the link. Once we have received the complete supporting justification details from user end, we will proceed with validation / investigation and SKECHERS will reach out to user to guide for the next course of action.
B. LAZADA & SHOPEE Purchase :
For return/refund , user must not click on "Order Received" button on Shopee / Lazada platform.
User have to fill up the refund/return form from Lazada/Shopee platform for investigation to start and both respective platform will assist user accordingly regards on the next process.
