SKECHERS Website Purchase : Customer can track their order delivery activity by pasting their order tracking number on NINJA VAN Tracking portal "https://www.ninjavan.co/en-my/tracking".
You will be able to check the status of your order, once it has shipped; there is a tracking number provided so you can locate the status of your order. Your tracking number is also included in your shipment confirmation email. All confirmation emails are sent the following morning after an order is completed and picked up by the carrier.
LAZADA & SHOPEE Purchase : Customer can track their order delivery activity from (Lazada&Shopee) online application accordingly. Updated status of the parcel whereabouts will be visible to purchaser.
