Delivery Times – SKECHERS Online Orders

We aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, and we understand how important clear timelines are. Here's what you can expect:


? Processing Time

  • Orders are processed and packed within 2–5 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2PM on Fridays, weekends, or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.


? Delivery Time

  • After processing, delivery usually takes an additional 1–3 business days, depending on your location and courier service.

?️ Estimated Total Time from Order to Delivery:
3–7 business days (processing + shipping)


? Shipping Notifications

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email or SMS with a tracking number so you can monitor your parcel in real-time.


? Important Notes:

  • We only ship within Malaysia (no international shipping at this time).

  • Delivery to East Malaysia or outlying areas may take slightly longer.
