If you would like to change or cancel your SKECHERS shoe purchase please Contact Us as soon as possible. You only have 2 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order



To ensure that packages deliver as quickly as possible, adjustments and cancellations must occur immediately after submitting your order and aren't guaranteed. Please note that changes can't be made if the order is no longer in New status.



Once the order has been processed, you will need to return the original item to obtain a refund and/or place an order for the new product.  Please see our Returns and Exchanges for additional information.
