How to Cancel Your SKECHERS Online Order

Due to our fast order processing, orders cannot be cancelled once they have been successfully placed.


Our warehouse begins processing orders almost immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery. As a result, we are unable to stop, modify, or cancel an order after it has been submitted.


If you no longer wish to keep your order, you may return the item after it has been delivered, provided it meets the eligibility requirements in our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
