If so, please contact us as soon as possible after placing it. We’ll do our best to assist you.


If your order has not yet been processed, we may be able to cancel it so that you can place a new order instead.


However, once your order has been processed (packed and assigned for delivery), we’re unable to make any changes or cancellations due to system limitations.


In this case, you can wait for the product to be delivered and then proceed with a return and refund according to our Returns & Exchanges policy.
