How do I update the shipping address in my SKECHERS Online Order?

If you placed an order on SKECHERS Online and need to update or change the shipping address, we suggest cancelling the order and placing a new one with the correct address. You only have 2 hours from the time the order is placed to cancel the order. Contact Us to cancel the order.



Please note, we are unable to change or edit your order once it starts to process. If you send us an email to update or change the shipping address in your order we may not be able to do this before the order starts to process.
