How do I update the shipping address in my SKECHERS Online Order?

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact our Customer Support team as soon as possible and provide your updated delivery address.


Once we receive your request, we will review your order status:

  • If your order has not yet been handed over to the courier, we will update the shipping address where possible.
  • If your order has already been shipped, we will liaise with the courier to request a delivery address amendment.


Please note that address changes after shipment are subject to the courier's approval and operational limitations. While we will make every effort to assist, we cannot guarantee that the address can be changed once the parcel is in transit.
