Order StatusWhat It Means
Pending PaymentYour order has been created and is awaiting payment. Changes or updates can still be made before payment is completed.
Payment ConfirmedYour payment has been successfully received and your order is being processed. No changes, cancellations, or updates can be made at this stage.
Shipped OutYour order has been packed and handed over to the courier for delivery. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number.
Parcel DeliveredYour parcel has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout.
Order CancelledYour order has been cancelled and will not be processed. If payment was successfully made before the cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy.
