| Order Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Pending Payment | Your order has been created and is awaiting payment. Changes or updates can still be made before payment is completed. |
| Payment Confirmed | Your payment has been successfully received and your order is being processed. No changes, cancellations, or updates can be made at this stage. |
| Shipped Out | Your order has been packed and handed over to the courier for delivery. You can track your parcel using the provided tracking number. |
| Parcel Delivered | Your parcel has been successfully delivered to the shipping address provided during checkout. |
| Order Cancelled | Your order has been cancelled and will not be processed. If payment was successfully made before the cancellation, any applicable refund will be processed according to our refund policy. |
