How can i get my Receipt ?

The receipt issuance process depends on where you made your purchase:

For purchases made on the Skechers Malaysia website (www.skechers.com.my):

  • Your official receipt will be sent to you after your order has been successfully delivered.
  • If your order is still being processed or is in transit, the receipt will not be available yet.


For purchases made through a marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.):

  • You may request your receipt directly from the seller via the marketplace chat.
  • The receipt will be provided through the respective marketplace chat platform.
