If you believe your shoes have a product quality issue, please contact us via email and include the following information to help us assess your case: Email: inquiry@skechersmal.com


Please provide:

  • Your contact details: Full name, phone number, and email address.
  • A copy of your original purchase receipt.
  • Photos of the shoes, including:
    • Top view
    • Left and right side views
    • Outsole (bottom of the shoe)
    • Close-up of the affected or damaged area
  • The shoe model number, located on the label inside the shoe near the tongue or collar.


Once we receive your information, our team will review your case and contact you with the next steps as soon as possible.
