For in-store purchases, we currently only issue the standard store receipt at the time of purchase. If you require an LHDN e-Invoice, please note that there is no separate request process through Skechers. Instead, you will need to scan the QR code printed on your receipt and submit your e-Invoice request yourself.
Please note that the e-Invoice request must be submitted within seven (7) days from the date of purchase and within the same calendar month as the purchase date.
For example, if your purchase was made on 27 June 2026, you must scan the QR code and submit your e-Invoice request no later than 30 June 2026. If the request is only submitted on 2 July 2026, it will no longer be eligible for e-Invoice issuance as it falls outside the purchase month.
Please note that the QR code for e-Invoice submission is only available at selected Skechers stores.
If you require a copy of your receipt, you may refer to the original in-store receipt. For online purchases, the receipt will be sent after your order has been delivered.
